Why choose Airqua? The WES technology that we use has been developed over the course of 20+ years by the Australian pioneer Wallie Ivison. We stand by the product’s quality and expect machines to last 15+ years. We are extremely fortunate to have Wallie working as our Technical Adviser and his commitment to customers is second to none.
All filters and spare parts are warehoused in Australia and if we are out stock of an item, will we get it for you. Similarly if you have a special request, we will work with you to see if we can provide a solution.
However, things can invariably go wrong. Our after sales support process is as follows:
- Approximately 95+% of cases can be solved remotely. Either by instructional video, video session or pics/email. Our ever evolving library of self help videos will assist.
- If we can not solve the problem remotely, we will suggest a local distributor, handyman or refrigeration mechanic to come to your premises to assist. We will guide them through.
- If that does not solve it, we chat to you about getting the unit back to us to have a look at it.
