Airqua makes off grid water generation easier with their range of solar powered atmospheric water generators.
Take our little 15L water from air machine. I runs off only 304 watts and can provide up to 15L of pure, filtered drinking water per day. It can be powered by 24V solar power and can be partnered with an off grid battery. The power saving feature means that the unit switches itself off once the storage tanks are full.
Why do our customers love them? It means that they dont keep having to go back into town to get clean drinking water – sometimes several hundreds of kilometres away.
It also means that they dont have to rely on single use plastic bottles.
The water is filtered with 2 x carbon filters, reverse osmosis then a total contaminant removal filter. The unit can store 6L of water, which is kept fresh by circulating around UV lights.
All the while they are drinking the cleanest, purest water that they can get – minus chlorine, microplastics and heavy metals.
With a remineralisation filter, they also get the benefit of essential minerals.
